Daily Change in Transportation (due by 1PM)

Our Dismissal Change form is no longer available on the DBES website. Please email our Receptionist, Mrs. Crider at criders@fortmillschools.org and request the link to our Daily Dismissal Change Form. All dismissal changes are due by 1:00 pm on the day of the change.
